Building Sentences In English

We learned how the sentence structure is similar in all tenses and what are the differences. Comparing and understanding the differences will help you avoid mixing the rules. For example: in "progressive" we use the verb "to be" (am/is/are) as the "helper" verb. In simple tenses we use the verb "to do" (do/does in present, did in past). We never use both of them in either of the tenses.

למדנו איך מבנה המשפטים דומה בכל הזמנים, ומה הם ההבדלים. השוואת מבני המשפטים והבנת ההבדלים תעזור לכם להימנע מערבוב בין החוקים של הזמנים השונים. למשל, בזמני "מתמשך" משתמשים כפועל עזר בפועל "להיות" (to be). בזמני "פשוט" (הווה פשוט, עבר פשוט) פועל העזר הוא "לעשות" (to do). אף פעם לא משתמשים גם ב- do או does וגם ב- am / is / are באותו המשפט.

Think: In "present simple" we wrote "I/you/we/they" and "he/she/it". Why didn't we write "subject" like we wrote in the other two tables?

חישבו: בטבלת הווה פשוט כתבנו אני\אתה\אנחנו\הם" וגם "הוא\היא\זה". למה לא כתבנו פשוט "נושא" כמו בטבלאות האחרות?
